Automatic mode - the calculator limits your seed choices to only those that:

1) will mature in their growing season (as determined by zip code)

2) are rated 2 or better (on a 1-5 scale - 5 is best) for your input goal (Soil Health, Erosion Control, etc.).

Mix ratios are then calculated, determining the appropriate LBs/acre for each ingredient, factoring in a goal adjustment.

Manual mode - you pick 1 or more seeds from the seed inventory list. You can pick any seed - there are no restrictions on seed choices.

For each seed selection you will enter your own Seeding Rate (LBs/acre)
